Business development and licensing
Challenge
H.C. Andersens Hus wanted to be active, not reactive in the area of licenses and partnerships - that is, to be more searching in relation to the right narrative and relevant partnerships and license agreements in the spirit of Andersen. Partnerships should not only create increased earnings, but also solve other challenges such as e.g. to tell new aspects of Andersen, reach out into certain geographical markets, reach certain segments or work with partners with special skills, such as strong communication and campaign skills.
Solution
Kay Bojesen's universe with high quality, strong distribution in markets such as Norway and Japan and great PR expertise combined with campaign skills in the Danish retail chain - and a large following of hugely dedicated fans who made the trip to the museum in Odense for the exclusive launch.
