BARC Scandinavias Advisory Board

At BARC we wish to work across the cultural sector with an international perspective. The role of our advisory board is to contribute to the development of our knowledge formats - and to describe and test the premises for the context in which we operate and the learning and developments that we would like to be responsible for. Our common goal is to promote 'resilient' cultural management through tools that ensure a clear understanding of an institution's brand and relevance.

The advisory board supports our work for better audience development through the use of shared data. We wish for culture and business to meet under a more progressive umbrella than corporate cultural responsibility. We want to create an optimal framework for volunteering, loyalty and communities. We discuss visionary management, impact analysis, catalytic and transformative partnerships, marketing and channel mix - and implement it in our consulting and teaching formats.
