A network for your entire organization
As a member of BARC's network, the entire organization - regardless of size - gets a unique platform for working seriously with digitalization, business development and communication. The network is not a classic "boss network", but reaches out to the entire organization across layers, functions and skills, and gives all employees the opportunity to improve their skills.
By signing up, your entire team gets the opportunity to make use of our offer of networking activities, masterclasses and training, study-trips, discounts, advice and specific collaboration platforms. The price of your membership depends on the number of full-time employees in your organization.

Som medlem har du som leder en unik mulighed for at udvikle og styrke jeres strategiske indsats inden for partnerskaber og ESG gennem BARCs ERFA-netværk. Netværket samler ledere fra kulturinstitutioner til dybdegående erfaringsudveksling og indsigt i, hvordan kultur kan spille en aktiv rolle i bæredygtig samfundsudvikling og ansvarlige partnerskaber.

I Kulturværftet bruger vi medlemskabet af BARC til at sikre ny viden og kompetenceudvikling ind i organisationen. Temaer og vidensdeling må meget gerne tilflyde organisationen bredt og i en lettilgængelig form. Det synes jeg BARC lykkedes med. Det er ofte effektive, koncentrerede formater, som er attraktive for kulturmedarbejderen, og det at medlemskabet af BARC dækker hele organisationen gør det muligt for kollegaer at tage til netværksmøde sammen. Det betyder at værdifuld refleksion, drøftelser og dermed udvikling lever mere bæredygtigt i Kulturværftet efterfølgende.

At The Culture Yard, we use the BARC-membership to build new knowledge and secure competence development in the organisation. It is often efficient, concentrated formats that are attractive to the culture worker, and the fact that membership of BARC covers the entire organization makes it possible for colleagues to go to network meetings together. This means that valuable reflection, discussions and thus development live more sustainably in the The Culture Yard afterwards.
