Writers Collective operated in a market where traditional publishing models are under pressure, and new formats alone do not ensure sustainable revenue.
At the same time, there was significant untapped potential in the company’s strong position within storytelling - but a need to structure the business, clarify the value proposition, and develop new revenue streams.
Solution
BARC carried out a strategic development process focused on translating the company’s creative strengths into a scalable business - and supporting the rebranding into Full Circle.
The process included:
Refinement of the value proposition and clarification of services across research, production, and distribution
Identification and prioritization of target audiences within culture, foundations, and businesses
Development of a focused revenue portfolio with emphasis on partnerships, talks, and content
A concrete action plan including a new website, strengthened sales efforts, and development of new storytelling formats
The rebranding to Full Circle marks a shift from a traditional publishing logic to a 360° storytelling agency, working with narratives from research to distribution - across platforms and sectors.
