Kunsthal Spritten has significant potential to establish itself as a new international art institution in Aalborg.


The challenge was to translate this potential into tangible relevance and revenue: Who are the right target audiences for Kunsthal Spritten? What motivates them? And which partners could help reach them?


At the same time, there was a need for a data-driven foundation that could strengthen dialogue with partners, foundations, and decision-makers.

Solution


BARC delivered a comprehensive analysis and development programme focused on turning market insights into clear priorities and revenue opportunities.


The work was based on a systematic analysis of audience potential and segments across local, regional, national, and international visitors, mapping both volume and behaviour.
