User mapping, market- and external analysis

Challenge


As a starting point for a larger strategy work, Rytmisk Center needed a complete mapping of users/non-users, potential market development initiatives and an analysis of the outside world that clarified what kind of ecosystem Rytmisk Center is entering into - including competitors and position in the market as well as an indication of relevant partnerships.

Solution


BARC Scandinavia designed a process where we invited good partners in and delivered a complete report with analysis of an extensive, existing data set, new questionnaire surveys, qualitative interviews and an in-depth analysis of market potential and current environment and competitive situation. The report indicated a number of concrete possible strategic development paths that could form the basis for a discussion in the administration and board of directors, regarding which efforts and priorities would be made going forward, in an overall picture of rigorous business and earning opportunities, political reality and the organization's internal motivation.
