About this event

In this webinar, we dive into Wellcome Collection’s work on inclusion and accessibility as we invite you to BARC [hacks] on Friday, 29 May 2026, from 10:00–11:00 CET.

Wellcome Collection became the first institution ever to receive the Visitor Accessibility Award at the Museum + Heritage Awards 2025 for their efforts to place accessibility at the centre of the visitor experience.

Meet Eleanor Hennessy, Head of Visitor Experience & Engagement at Wellcome Collection, who will share experiences of working strategically with accessibility and how it creates real impact for visitors with diverse needs.
