Partnership strategy for Resonator

Challenge


Resonator Festival is a newly started ambitious festival within the roots, world and folk genres. An internationally recognized program will be held at five of the city's largest venues in the center of Odense in November. But a newly started festival means that you start with 0% knowledge and with the need to consolidate earnings in the short, medium and long term.

Solution


Through workshops and analysis, we laid out a partnership strategy, which should first and foremost solve the festival's challenge in terms of knowledge. Because without knowledge and critical mass, it can be difficult to convince partners to invest in the project. We analyzed the landscape of stakeholders, sought out relevant actors at association, NGO, public information and brand level to ensure basic knowledge among core actors and access to a strong, operational ambassador circle and a number of solid business partners.
