BARC [hacks]: How to Strengthen Your Revenue Through Digital Tools

This hack is based on what makes your offerings unique as cultural organisations. Kate Mroczkowski will show us how to increase revenue around all your offerings (including physical ones) through your website, strengthen your understanding of who your competitors are, and become better at focusing your time to achieve the best possible results. We will look at good examples, reflect on our own user journeys, and consider the role of the website within them. You will leave the session with inspiring ideas and the tools to know where to focus your time.


Kate Mroczkowski is Strategy Director at Supercool. She describes herself as a “data nerd” and is an expert in using data to create the best opportunities. She has worked in the cultural sector for 20 years, including fundraising and administrative roles. At Supercool, Kate works with organisations to develop their content strategies, smart system integrations, commercial goals, and to help them get the most out of their websites.
